DUPREE Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping All accessories, candles, cigar cutters, lighters, leather cases, and gift sets ship via USPS or UPS. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days after fulfillment.
- Orders under $75 — flat rate shipping applies at checkout
- Orders $75 and over — complimentary standard shipping
Heavy & Oversized Items (Humidors) Humidors and other large or heavy items require special handling and are subject to carrier-calculated shipping rates displayed at checkout. Due to the nature of these items:
- Shipping charges on humidors are non-refundable under all circumstances, including returns or exchanges.
- Humidors are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment. Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and report any damage within 48 hours of receipt by contacting us at support@dupree5.com.
Returns & Shipping on Returns Standard items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Humidors are final sale — they are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
